Project: Bronaugh Apartments, Portland, OR

Built in 1905, the Bronaugh is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and is one of the oldest remaining apartment buildings in Portland. The 50-unit building provides housing for low income seniors. The improvements included upgrades to comply with current accessibility, seismic, and building codes. Working with Carleton Hart Architects, MZLA designed planting and lighting plans to freshen up the existing courtyard.
