Foothills Park embraces the bank of the Willamette River in Lake Oswego, providing expansive views of the river, wildlife, and distant bridges. A former industrial site, this 9.5-acre park includes a 0.5-mile multi-use path constructed on a former railroad bed, a formal plaza, a water feature, an amphitheater, extensive plantings, and river viewpoints. Marianne Zarkin was the project manager at MacLeod Reckord when completing this work. Rich Farrington provided architectural services.
