MZLA is providing project management and landscape design services for
the development of the Phase 5 Improvements for this existing 27.1-acre
site located at the confluence of Oswego Creek and the Willamette River.
Amenities include improvements to the ball-field facilities, pedestrian
and vehicular circulation, playground renovations, a new “green street,” and
park entrance.
