Marianne Zarkin provided landscape architecture services for this 0.99-acre,
22-unit multifamily housing project that included interior courtyards,
a children’s play area, parking, and preservation of six significant
Douglas-fir trees. Emphasis was placed on creating a comforting environment
rich with native and ornamental plants as this project provides housing
for individuals and families recovering from the impacts of substance abuse.

Bankey.
