A 3-acre, 27-unit cohousing project that included wetland enhancement
and mitigation, habitat restoration of regulated natural resource buffers,
landscaped common areas, and entry gardens for each unit. Project responsibilities
also included site layout and working with the clients to develop program
concepts for site use and ambiance. Built structures were designed by architect
Thia Bankey.
