MZLA is providing project-management and design services on the development
of a trailhead for the Q3 Trail that connects downtown Lake Oswego to Foothills
Park and the Willamette River. Amenities include ADA access improvements
to the Willamette Shore Trolley Building in addition to an 8-car parking
lot, plaza with seating, and ornamental plantings. Storm water will flow
into a vegetated swale for surface treatment and infiltration.
