Project: Fir Acres Apartments – Gresham, OR

Fir Acres is a public housing townhome community with 31 affordable two and three-bedroom homes located in the Rockwood neighborhood of Gresham. Total site area is 2.75 acres and includes common areas, existing playground, large conifer trees, pedestrian pathways and ornamental planting. MZLA’s scope includes new plantings, trees and new picnic/gathering areas.
