Project: Plambeck Gardens Tualatin
The proposed Plambeck Gardens project is a new 116-unit affordable housing development to be constructed on 4.66 acres located on SW Boones Ferry Road in Tualatin. The project includes two 4-story wood-framed residential buildings with patios or balconies for each unit. Landscape improvements include community gardens for residents, two children’s play areas, sport court, play lawn, picnic areas, pet relief areas, vegetated stormwater facility and extensive ornamental plantings.
